Born in Hong Kong and growing up in Vancouver, BC, I entered the insurance industry in 2013 and immediately saw a need to simplify how things were done. One part of that is how I work with clients to help simplify their commercial insurance portfolios and public education writing articles and giving seminars. And the final part is in changing how insurance professionals are trained through PNC Learning.
With a background in computer science, I get a lot of joy from problem-solving and learning. I believe every client is different and has unique risks that need managing. The process of learning about their business and solving problems – whether that’s helping them find savings or insuring hard to place risks by structuring custom insurance programs – is why I love what I do in the Commercial Insurance industry.
